Brother Nathanael Kapner: What was your initial reaction to Elena Kagan’s candidacy to the Supreme Court?
Kevin MacDonald: The Jewish-owned media initially published a flurry of praises for Kagan’s candidacy. It was obvious to me that the theme of all of this is ethnic networking.
How else explain the fact that someone with a completely undistinguished scholarly record not only got tenure at the University of Chicago but was appointed dean of Harvard Law School?
Br Nathanael: What was the hype on Kagan and what indicated ethnic networking?
Kevin MacDonald: The LA Times first published, “Supreme Court Candidate Elena Kagan Has Admirers Left And Right,” written by David Savage, a Jewish journalist. Although masquerading as news, the article is a brief for the candidacy of Elena Kagan.
Savage notes that Kagan is well connected to top people in the Obama Administration, (Larry Summers being one of them), and there is effusive praise from two legal bigwigs, Laurence Tribe and Charles Fried, both of Harvard and both Jews.
More was to follow from the Huffington Post’s ”Elena Kagan Emerging As Supreme Court Front-Runner.” Once again, the same people were hyping Kagan as absolutely brilliant.
Charles Fried waxed redundant, saying, “Elena Kagan is supremely intelligent, one of the most intelligent people I have known. I think she’s a very, very intelligent person.”
The ethnic networking involved has as its backdrop Kagan being appointed Dean of Harvard Law by Lawrence Summers — also Jewish and with a strong Jewish identity. Summers and Kagan covered for Laurence Tribe when he lifted a passage from another scholar’s book without attribution. Ethnic networking is nothing if not reciprocal.
Br Nathanael: Is there a “Jewish” issue involved if Kagan is nominated?
Kevin MacDonald: The Jewish issue rears its head only slightly according to the HuffPost article: “There has been some superficial concern over Kagan’s religion — not because she’s Jewish but because without Stevens there will be no Protestants on the court.” Also, Kagan would be the first open homosexual on the court.
Br Nathanael: Really? Is Kagan a lesbian?
Kevin MacDonald: The Huffington article certainly suggests it. Also, some have written that Kagan is an “open lesbian.” Others have written that although Kagan is “not out,” she has a female partner. It is said that this is an open secret at Harvard Law School among students and faculty. In any case, Kagan has shown her commitment to gay rights.
Br Nathanael: Getting back to the Jewish issue. Is there a valid concern that if Kagan is nominated there will be no White Protestants on the Supreme Court?
Kevin MacDonald: In a country that in living memory thought of itself as WASP at its very core, it most certainly IS an issue. Without Souter and Stevens gone there will be no Protestants on the court. With Kagan, there will be three Jews and no White Protestants.
Again, in Huffington’s article, when the issue of Kagan’s homosexual orientation is addressed, they wrote, “Strategists predict that this is only a distraction not a speed bump.”
Now, who exactly are these “strategists” and what is the goal of their strategizing?

Br Nathanael: What exactly is the strategy behind the Jewish push for Kagan?
Kevin MacDonald: If Kagan is nominated and confirmed, there would be three Jewish justices on the Supreme Court — all on the left.
Jews are of course always overrepresented among elites — especially on the left, but Jews as one-third of the Supreme Court is high by any standard given that they constitute only 2% of the US population. This is much higher than the disproportionate Jewish representation in the US Senate (13%) and the House of Representatives (7%).
Three Jews on the Supreme Court seems sure to raise the eyebrows among people like me who think that Jewish identity often makes a big difference in attitudes and behavior. And if there is one area where mainstream Jewish political identity has had a huge effect, it’s in legislation related to multiculturalism. This is true of the Jewish mainstream across the board, from the far left to the neoconservative right.
Br Nathanael: Where does Kagan stand on multiculturalism? Isn’t she a conservative?
Kevin MacDonald: The amazing thing is that Kagan is being framed as a conservative. But on the issues that really count — issues related to multiculturalism and free speech — Kagan is clearly on the left and touts American Jewry’s position in these areas. Kagan’s record strongly suggests that she would be quite willing to fashion her legal arguments to attain her Jewish goals.
Kagan’s Chicago Law school article, “Regulation of Hate Speech And Pornography” indicates someone who is seeking ways to circumscribe free speech in the interests of multicultural virtue: “We live in a society marred by racial and gender inequality. Certain forms of speech perpetuate and promote this inequality. The disappearance of such speech would be cause for great elation.”
Br Nathanael: Would Kagan actually rule against the 1st Amendment?”
Kevin MacDonald: In the same article, Kagan wrote that “although the Supreme Court will not in the foreseeable future adopt the view that all governmental efforts to regulate such speech accord with the Constitution, a new majority could rule that all government efforts to regulate such speech would be constitutional.” Need I say more?
Br Nathanael: Do Kagan’s views fit with the outlook of the organized Jewish community?
Kevin MacDonald: The organized Jewish community has a long record of opposing free speech related to multicultural issues. Kagan’s views fit well with the outlook of the organized Jewish community: “Every effort should be made to restrict hate speech within the current legal context and to do whatever possible to change that context so that such speech is outlawed.”
The picture that emerges is that of someone who would have no hesitation to end First Amendment freedoms and squelch any hope that a White racialist movement could achieve real power. Kagan’s vision for America is entirely within the Jewish mainstream.
And if the organized Jewish community has its way with Kagan, Jewish supremacy will reign supreme in America’s Supreme Court.

Today, the Protocols are being practiced by an elite group of Jews who own America’s mass media. If you hear of major corporations listed as owners of the major television networks with Gentile sounding names such as “General Electric” or “Westinghouse,” it is part of Jewry’s ploy to place a blindfold over the eyes of the Goyim.
An open and shut case can be made that the media in 2010 is NOT “Corporate-owned,” as so many fearful political analysts put it, but rather, “Jew-owned.” This author does not fear the Jews and needs no pleasing euphemisms agreeable to Jewish ears.
So long as the Jews control America’s media they will control our politicians and the policies they make. We will not be able to shut down the welfare system, control our borders, or restore Christian values to our society so long as the Jewish media-masters make Americans feel “intolerant” for wanting to do these things.

IN A DEAL THAT GAVE COMCAST TOTAL CONTROL OF NBC on December 3, 2009, the cable company took 51% controlling ownership of the television media giant.
Partner to the deal, General Electric, managed to keep a subservient 49% holding.

Polish president Lech Kaczynski killed in plane crash

The Polish president, Lech Kaczynski, and his wife were among 96 people killed when their plane crashed in thick fog on its approach to a regional airport in Russia early this morning.
The governor of the west Russian town of Smolensk confirmed there were no survivors from the Tupulov Tu-154 plane, which came down at 11am (7am GMT) about a mile (1.5km) from Smolensk airport.
"The Polish presidential plane did not make it to the runway while landing. Tentative findings indicate that it hit the treetops and fell apart. Nobody has survived the disaster," Smolensk governor Sergei Anufriev told the Russia 24 news channel.
The Polish government will hold an emergency meeting later today. Officials said the head of the Polish army, the governor of the central bank and the head of the presidential administration were also on board the plane, as well as the families of other senior officials.
"The plane caught fire after the crash," said a Polish foreign ministry spokesman in Warsaw. "Teams began attempting to pull out passengers from the badly damaged airplane."
The pilot was told Smolensk airport was closed because of thick fog, according to the news agency Interfax. He was offered a choice of landing instead at either Moscow or Minsk, the capital of Belarus, but decided to continue with the original flight plan to Smolensk.
The pilot made three unsuccessful attempts to land before the crash. On the fourth try the plane fell apart, Interfax said, citing officials at Smolensk's interior ministry.
Russia's foreign ministry confirmed the cause of the air catastrophe was bad weather. "According to provisional information the crash happened because the plane failed to land at the military airport near Smolensk in conditions of severe fog," one official said.
Kaczynski was visiting Smolensk to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre, which took place in forests outside the town. The massacre of Polish officers by Russian secret police was one of the most notorious incidents of the second world war, and has long been a source of tension between Warsaw and Moscow.
On Wednesday, Poland's prime minister Donald Tusk attended a joint ceremony at Katyn with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Kaczynski, who had poor relations with the Kremlin, was making a separate trip to the spot.
Russia's president Dmitry Medvedev said that Putin would head a special commission to investigate Kaczynski's death and the circumstances of the crash. The emergency services minister Sergei Shoigu was also rushing to the scene at Severny airport, about 275 miles west of Moscow, on Medvedev's instruction, Interfax reported.

New Nuke Treaty and the Coming World War
The United States of America is preparing for war. This new Treaty proves it. We are preparing for war by capitulating our last strategic advantage to the Russians and Chinese. That would be nuclear missiles. Even worse, we are allowing our future enemies access to onsite inspections. We might as well email them the schematics and locations of our missiles. Just in case they want to launch a first strike against them.

The United States has about 72,715,332 males that could potentially qualify for military service. Of that number, only 59,413,358 are considered fit enough to serve. Currently, an estimated 1,473,900 are on active duty and 1,458,500 are in the Reserves. (source)
China, on the other hand, has about 7,024,000 in the military and para-military. Russia has 3,796,100. Combined, they outnumber us 10-1. We learned in Korea and Vietnam that we cannot defeat China and Russia through purely conventional means. This is why we maintained the edge we now have with Nuclear weapons. The doctrine of Mutually Assured Destruction (M.A.D.) was the only reason the "Cold War" never turned into a "Hot War". Nukes are a deterrant to war.
The problem we have today is that our illustrious Bankers and Politicians have sold our country and its allies into the hands of our enemies in order to bring about their "New World Order". The United States, according to various Illuminati sources, will not be the leading the parade. Neither will Western Europe. The trillions of dollars of debt and derivatives sold to America's enemies will ensure that doesn't happen.

Shulman’s IRS Tax Police To Enforce Health Care
OBAMACARE CREATES IRS CODE 5000A which requires individuals to “maintain minimum essential amounts” of health insurance coverage.
This “individual requirement” is specified in the newly passed Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act/Section 5000A.
Minimum essential coverage includes various government-sponsored programs, eligible employer-sponsored plans, plans in the individual market, grandfathered group health plans and other coverage as recognized by the Secretary of the Treasury, historically occupied by a Goldman Sachs agent by way of the revolving door between Wall Street and the White House.
While that level of coverage and purchasing cost will be defined at a later date by the Treasury Secretary, it will be the responsibility of the IRS to monitor and punish individuals who do not comply.
Under ObamaCare, every individual is required to report to the IRS on their tax returns, whether they have purchased or provided the required level of coverage AND disclose to the IRS which months, if any, in which they failed to do so.

DOUGLAS SHULMAN WAS APPOINTED as Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service on November 21, 2007. Shulman came to the post from being Vice Chairman of the National Association of Securities Dealers which operates the Nasdaq stock market on Wall Street.
Prior to his stint with NASD, Shulman was employed as a private equity investor at Darby Overseas Investments which specializes in “outsourced” investments in the manufacturing of consumer goods (formerly manufactured in America) made in India and Asia.
Shulman has also served as a board member of the Israel Securities Authority, the government body that oversees and regulates the Israeli capital market.
Through his board membership with the Israel Securities Authority, Shulman is intimately involved with the Bank of Israel Governor, Stanley Fischer, who recently hosted the International Council Of Jewish Bankers and Financiers in their first meeting. Their stated purpose for the meeting was “to combat anti-Semitism, xenophobia, and Holocaust denial by all means available to bankers and financiers.” (BRIBERY).
Certainly, ALL means ARE available to these Jewish bankers and financiers with whom the IRS Commissioner, Douglas Shulman, is a “synagogue buddy.” With Jacob Rothschild and George Soros on the steering committee of this Jewish bankers’ association, the entire world’s wealth is at their disposal to subvert any nation they might choose.

“AN ID NUMBER WILL BE MANDATORY for all those preparing tax returns,” Shulman recently said in his testimony before the House Ways and Means Committee.
“We call the identification number a PTIN, which means, Preparer Tax Identification Number. We hope to get the PTINs up and running by next filing season,” Shulman added.
Shulman noted that preparers would have to enroll in mandatory continuing education courses in subjects such as ‘ethics.’ The IRS will then build a database of those preparers who have met their continuing education responsibilities. The IRS also intends to weed out tax preparers who don’t comply.
“There will be people who go underground and we want to find them and make sure they’re not preparing returns,” said Shulman. He remarked that the IRS has already made thousands of visits to preparers’ offices “to remind them of their obligations.”
Shulman said agents will visit thousands of tax preparers. “Some of the visits will be announced ahead of time, others will not. In some visits, agents will pose as taxpayers to see if they get accurate advice,” Shulman warned.
Shulman, acting as “Big Brother,” underlined that taxpayers should avoid preparers who promise larger refunds or those who charge fees based on the size of the refund.
WHAT DO THESE PLANS mean for White Christian Americans of modest means?
Shulman’s plans mean that confidential information given to a trusted tax preparer will be peered into by an IRS agent sent by Shulman himself.
